I had the opportunity to participate in projects with children, adolescents, young people, women heads of households, and vulnerable families whose focus has been family and community human development articulated with national and municipal development plans. I have experience in working with a diverse population, especially those with functional diversity. Through the Foundation Teletón de Manizales Colombia, I carried out programs and projects aimed at families and communities such as:
1. Caring for caregivers whose objective aimed at enhancing the abilities and skills of caregivers of people with functional diversity, thus contributing to the re-significance of their life project.
2. Community-based rehabilitation. I provided training to families and caregivers with functional diversity in activities and practical tools to contribute to their habilitation and rehabilitation processes.
I consider myself as a stable, loyal, persistent, and innovative person with the leadership and analysis capacity, practical sense, and skills to transmit and share knowledge. I believe that teamwork is the basis for achieving positive results, which makes it possible to achieve individual goals and business objectives.
